		<description>Thanks for the shout out Chuck!  I found the audience probing and challenges (about marketing spend) at Launch Camp really interesting. You are right--involvement, communication, engagement are the goal of everything we do.  We don&#039;t much talk about messaging, even internally.  It just comes up when someone wants a description of the company or we are entering a competition.  

But I learned at Launch Camp that perhaps that kind of thinking needs to be explained better, because it is still relatively new.</description>
